5 Outfits That’ll Make You Feel Like You’re on Holiday Even When You’re Not

From linen shirts and printed dresses to pops of pink and sunny accessories, & Other Stories’s L.A. edit pretty much summarises what we want to be wearing when the world (well, the UK anyway) starts to open up. We’re looking for versatile separates that can just as easily be worn lounging on the sofa as they can spruced-up with heeled sandals and gold jewellery. This collection well and truly delivers on this front, and we can’t help but start mentally compiling outfits in preparation for April 12.

So, what do these we’re-no-longer-in-full-lockdown outfits look like? Weather-wise, we’re remaining optimistic (classic Brits) and reaching for cropped short-sleeved shirts balanced out with high-waisted trousers and slip-on mules. We also can’t say no to a printed midi dress, especially when it’s styled with a pair of chunky sandals. There’s also room for the odd co-ord (we can’t let go quite yet), but for the coming season, they come in sleek shades of black with the addition of a grown-up throw-on cardi. We also have our eye on & Other Stories’s raffia accessories, which have us daydreaming of sun-beaten cobbles and languorous days by the beach. Sigh. We’ll get there one day.

In the meantime, we’ll just have to do with good ol’ Blighty, and really, we’re not that sad about it. Scroll down to see and shop our favourite pieces from & Other Stories’s L.A.-inspired drop.
